Careers at Woodhaven

At Woodhaven, it isn't enough for us to just provide unsurpassed personal care for our residents. Our employees build lasting relationships with our clients and their loved ones, gaining the personal experience and insight that allows us to understand each resident's unique needs and desires.

In an industry where professionals commonly move from job to job, and care facilities choose to employ contracted and temporary staff, Woodhaven takes pride in a management team and staff that have been with us for a long time. In 23 years, we have never used temporary staffing, and our policy is that all new hirees must have served in their previous employment for at least one year before applying to work at Woodhaven.

Professional experience is also a must for Woodhaven employees. That's why all Woodhaven Assisted Living Caregiving staff must have a minimum Certified Nursing Assistant credentials, the same state-mandated credentials required for Skilled Nursing Care Giver roles. If you are interested in applying for a position at Woodhaven, please refer to the Employment Application link at the bottom of this page.
